Want to see how your campaign performed? Here’s how you can find key metrics like targeted counts, reply counts, completion rates, and reply rates in Inbox App.
Go to Campaigns
Start by heading over to the Campaigns section and selecting a campaign that has already been completed.
Open the Completed Campaign
Click on the campaign you want to review.
Navigate to the Overview Tab
At the top of the campaign details, you’ll see tabs for Overview, Stages, and Settings. Click on the Overview tab.
Review Your Metrics
In the Overview section, you’ll see a dashboard that shows the total number of contacts targeted, how many replies you received, the overall reply rate, and the completion rate of the campaign. You’ll also get a snapshot of recent conversations and even a sentiment breakdown.
Check the Completion Time
On the right-hand side of the overview, you can also see the total duration it took for the campaign to finish.
