Go to Campaigns
First, navigate to the Campaigns section of your Inbox App.
Open a Completed Campaign
Click on any campaign that's marked as completed to view its details.
Navigate to the Stages Tab
Inside the campaign view, you'll see a few tabs like Overview, Stages, and Settings. Click on the Stages tab.
View the Different Stages
Here, you'll see the campaign's progress broken down into stages like Pending, In-Sequence, Replied, Unresponsive, and Failed.
Understanding the Stages
Each stage is automatically managed by the app. You can't drag-and-drop these stages; they update on their own to show you how your campaign is performing and which recipients are at each stage.
