Understanding Credits
Credits are used whenever Inbox created or enriched new lead or profile records.
The Credit Rule
1 usable lead or profile = 1 credit
A usable profile is one that Inbox successfully imports into your workspace.
Profiles that are unavailable, suspended, deleted, or fail during import do not consume credits.

How Imports are Charged
How Imports are Charged
Large imports reserve credits before processing begins.
When the import finishes, Inbox automatically refund credits for:
Existing leads
Duplicate profiles
Failed imports
Suspended accounts
Unusable profiles
Only the final number of new usable profiles is charged.
Example:
CSV uploaded: 2,000 rows
Processing results:
150 existing leads
100 duplicates
50 unavailable profiles
Final credit usage:
2,000 - 300= 1,700 credits

The Pro plan includes:
100,000 credits per connected X account each month.
These credits are automatically available every billing cycle.
The Basic plan does not include monthly credits.

Credits Overage
Credit overage allows your workspace to continue importing and scraping after your available credits have been used.
Price
$0.005 per credit
You can:
Enable or disable overage
Set a maximum overage spending limit.
Both options are available from Settings --> Billing.
If overage is disabled and you run out of credits, new credit-consuming jobs will stop until additional credits become available.

When are credits charged?
Credits are charged only when Inbox imports or enriches a new usable lead or profile.
Do replies use credits?
No. Tags, notes, statuses, pipelines, and custom fields are always free.
Are duplicate leads charged?
No. Existing leads and duplicate profiles are automatically excluded from your final credit usage.
Why were credits reserved before my import finished?
Large imports reserve credits while processing. Once complete Inbox automatically refunds credits for duplicates, existing leads, failed rows, and unusable profiles.
What happens if I run out of credits?
If credit overage is enabled, Inbox continues processing and bills overages at $0.005 per credit. If overage is disabled, new credit-consuming jobs pause until additional credits become available.
Can I buy more credits?
Yes. Active Pro workspaces can purchase prepaid credit packs.
